Where is season one? I can't find it anywhere and you have no information about it!
Season one (along with season four) is currently exclusive to Stitcher Premium, and will be until the July of 2019. We always update the show description in our podcast feed with availability information, and for more current updates you can follow EOS10 or Justin on Twitter.
Will when will season five be available?
We don't have a timeline or dates for any additional seasons of EOS10 at this point. When we know, we'll make an announcement.
I heard there's going to be a live show?
It's in the works. It was stretch goal for our season three Kickstarter campaign. We don't have any information to share at the moment, but we're excited to bring EOS10 the stage in the near future.
Can I audition for EOS10?
If you're a member of SAG-AFTRA, have an animation/video game demo reel and (preferably) live in Southern California, feel free to send us your materials for our casting files. We are not casting any open roles at the moment.
What is Sector5?
Sector5 is our merch store. It's where you'll find the only official EOS10 merch, and some other amazing things.
I purchased something from Sector5. How long will it take to ship?
We generally ship Monday through Friday from Los Angeles, and usually within 48 hours of your order. Sometimes we're a lot quicker. However— some of our items, like a lot of our t-shirts, are created on demand as you order them and will ship directly from the manufacturer. You'll need to add a few days time for those items, but the good news is that they're created in the U.S. for our domestic customers and in Europe for those of you overseas, so shipping is less expensive and a little faster. Items we stock here and ship ourselves will usually arrive over seas about 1 - 2 weeks after we ship them, but in some counties customs can be very slow. There's not a lot we can do to speed that up.
How do I check my Sector5 order status?
When you made your purchase, you should've received a confirmation email and, if you asked for one, a text confirmation, too. Those both will have links to your order status. You'll get additional updates from us as your order moves through each stage all the way up until delivery.
